We want you to love your Asian beauty haul, but if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened products in their original boxes with all protective seals intact to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned K-Beauty, J-Beauty, or C-Beauty items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
